Our teams have been working overnight to repair the water main affecting customers supplies in Conwy Valley.

There are bottled water stations open at:

  • Zip World Conwy, LL32 8QE
  • Parc Eirias LL29 7SP

Bottled water is available for drinking purposes.

We have static tanks for customers to bring their own containers to fill up. This water should only be used for flushing.

We ask that customers work with us and take only what you need.

We will also be continuing to directly support our vulnerable customers on the Priority Service Register.
