Compliance with the Welsh language standards
Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water have committed to comply with the Welsh language standards, as set out by the Welsh Government under Section 44 of the Welsh Language (Wales) Measure 2011.

Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water came under the standards in August 2025. We will produce and publish annual reports on our compliance with the Welsh language standards following the established timetable set by the Welsh Language Commissioner.
Complaints
We will deal with any complaints about our Welsh language provision following the same requirements as the corporate complaint procedure. Information on the complaints procedure can be found here:
