Click to view the sign up page here and follow the 'sign up now' button to create a new account.
Enter the email address you would like your My Account associated with, ensure you have your inbox available on a separate tab to be able to access it for the next step of the sign up process.
To verify your email address you will need to retrieve the 6 digit code that has just been sent to your email, please wait up to 15 minutes for this code to come through and then input this into the sign up process to continue.
Once verified, you can create a password and agree to the terms and conditions. This will then direct you to your My Account where you can link your customer reference number.
Once you have created your account, link your customer reference number here.
This will complete the sign up process and your account will be available to log in and view at any time.
Frequently asked questions
Please ensure your inbox is opened in a separate tab, window or browser when creating your account. This will allow you to switch between the My Account sign up page and your inbox during the registration process so you don't lose progress.
If you close or overwrite the page in the process that requires the code then you will need to restart the process.
If you haven't received your verification code via email, please check your junk/spam folder. Please wait until after 15 minutes have passed before requesting another verification code and double check your email address. please restart the process and double check your email address.
If the verification code you have inputted is giving an error please request a new code.
Please wait 15 minutes before requesting a new code to allow time for the new verification code to appear in your inbox.
No, by creating an account you are agreeing to go paperless for your bills. All bills going forward will be available within your dashboard to view. You may still receive some letters by post depending on the circumstances.
You can reset your password by pressing the 'forgot your password' link on the login page.
You will need to complete the following steps to reset your password:
- Enter the verification code that is sent in the reset password email
- Create and confirm your new password
Once you've completed these steps you can login to your account using your new password.
