We're upgrading our online services and making it easier for you to manage your Welsh Water account.

Why sign up to My Account?

When you sign up for our online services, you can:

  • View your bills, balance, payments and letters online
  • Submit a meter reading 
  • Set up or amend a direct debit
  • Make a payment
  • Check any issues affecting your area

You'll also switch to paperless billing, rather than receiving your bill in the post. We'll then let you know when your bill is ready by either SMS text and/or email.
