We’re sorry to let customers know that we have had further problems with the temporary repair we put in place at the burst water main in Broughton. This means that we must now carry out a full emergency repair and this is again impacting on water supplies to customers in the following communities: Flint, Holywell, Ffynnongroyw, Greenfield, Llanerch y Mor, Mostyn, Oakenholt, Talacre, Whitford, Queensferry, Shotton, Connah's Quay.

In North Wales we have been attending events across Denbighshire and Flintshire including our very own Winter Warm Up event in Rhyl. Lots of people have received support via our schemes and tariffs, which has been particularly important in the run up to Christmas.
The team also manage to find time for a catch up and delicious Christmas meal, we’re all so far away from each other we don’t meet up in person very often so it was lovely to be together for a few hours.
