What roles are available?
Graduate Management Development Programme
From day one you will be contributing to initiatives that will enhance your management capability. We will give you the opportunity to progress and succeed, and we want you to make the most of it.
Here are some of the key features of our programme that you can look forward to:
- Six monthly placements
- Structured training programme to include project and management development
- Mentoring support from the Executive team
- Networking and development opportunities
The opportunity: Four positions available; two in clean water and two in wastewater
Location: Locations across Wales
To apply for our graduate management programme, you should be expected to achieve or have already achieved a minimum 2:1 degree in a STEM related subject (including Mathematics, Environmental or Natural Sciences, Data Analysis, or Engineering -including Civil Engineering, Process Engineering and Civil or Pipeline Design).
Graduate Technical Development Programme
The Technical Development Programme aims to increase your technical ability and will allow you to successfully enter a key technical role in the business following completion of your graduate programme.
We offer a range of technical development programmes including Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, Data Science, Data Engineering, Economics and Financial Regulation. Please refer to the opportunities below to see the available positions.
Here are some of the key features of our programme that you can look forward to:
- A chance to increase your technical ability throughout our two-year programme
- Extensive technical training opportunities, external courses, and on-the-job training
- Opportunities to learn from experts by working on key projects
- The potential to enter a key technical role in the business following completion of the programme
The opportunity: Three positions in Civil Engineering
Location: South Wales, West Wales, or North-East Wales
To apply for the Civil Engineering programme, you should be expected to achieve or have already achieved a minimum 2:1 degree in a STEM related subject (including Mathematics, Environmental or Natural Sciences, Data Analysis, or Engineering -including Civil Engineering, Process Engineering and Civil or Pipeline Design).
The opportunity: Two positions available on our AI programme
Location: Cardiff
To apply for the AI programme, you should be expected to achieve or have already achieved a minimum 2:1 degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Operational Research, ICT, Computer Science, Computing, Artificial Intelligence as well as courses with modules such as Analytic or Statistics (e.g. Psychology, Social Sciences).
