During February we attended numerous community events including the Over 50’s Club in Halkyn and The Creating Enterprise Community HUB in Llandudno.

In March, we held our own Vulnerability Conference in Deganwy, which was very well attended by key stakeholders from across Wales.

In April our Community Team took to the road to promote our financial support and safeguarding services to the communities across Anglesey and Gwynedd.

We have been traveling in our 'Big Blue Bus' to communities to support as many families as we possibly can.

Thank you to Warm Wales, Nest, Groundworks North Wales, DWP Welfare Team, Citizen Advice and Woodys Lodge who all supported us on the van.

Its been a scorcher of a month and the Community Team have been out and about helping lots of our lovely customers.

August has definitely been a month of partnerships, we have had the pleasure to work with so many of our ‘friends’ out in the community.

During September we were busy training lots of new organisations on our Vulnerable Customer Support Services

October saw the last of our Van “Vera” community events, however we took our cost of living roadshow indoors and will continue through the Winter months.

We've been on hand to offer support to customers who may be struggling to afford essentials, bills and home comforts through the festive period.

Leading up to Christmas we spent some of our time at Food Banks and 'Warm Welcomes' across Wales.

We can provide solutions to enable your clients to access cheaper water bills and /or sign up FREE of charge for additional services by registering to our Priority Services Register.
