With flooding still affecting many communities in Wales and Herefordshire, we are experiencing high volumes of calls due to the high winds and heavy rain and our crews are extremely busy.

Here are the organisations you may need to contact:

Natural Resources Wales - 0800 80 70 60 (24 Hours) - if the flooding is coming from a watercourse (such as a stream) that is about to or has burst its banks.

Your Local Council – if you suspect the flooding is resulting from rising groundwater or surface water run off.

Welsh Water Sewerage Services & Emergencies - 0800 085 3968 (24 hours) or report an issue via a webform – for flooding inside your property caused by a blocked or overloaded sewer.

  1. Please have your credit/debit card available to make payment as part of this application
  2. Please ensure that you have read our guidance notes before completing this application form
  3. During the electronic application you will be required to upload a location plan and proposed site layout plan. We suggest gathering these materials in advance and reviewing the file upload requirements below to make the application process as easy as possible. When preparing your application materials to be uploaded as part of your application please note the following:

A bidet with an ascending spray or flexible hose
A pump or booster drawing more than 12 litres per minute, connected directly or indirectly to a supply pipe, e.g. Pumped delivery showers (power showers), pressure washers, high rise building pumped water delivery systems
A water treatment unit which incorporates reverse osmosis, e.g. pure water systems
A water treatment unit which produces a wastewater discharge or which requires the use of water for regeneration of cleaning e.g. certain types of domestic/commercial salt regenerated water
A reduced pressure zone (RPZ) valve assembly or other mechanical device for Fluid Category 4 backflow protection
A garden watering system, unless designed to be operated by hand
Any water system laid outside a building, either less than 750mm or more than 1350mm below ground level
The construction of a pond or swimming pool over 10,000 litres capacity, designed to be replenished automatically with water
Any water pipes for fire fighting purposes
A rainwater or greywater harvesting system
Use of an alternative supply of water anywhere on the premises e.g. spring, borehole etc.
