COVID-19 (Coronavirus) – A Message to Our Customers - 30 March 15:00

We know that this is a difficult time. We also know that the water and wastewater services we provide play a key role in protecting public health and safeguarding the customers and communities we serve.

We are doing all we can to protect our colleagues while also maintaining our services to customers. You will still see us working in streets and communities during this time but we are only doing essential work that will help protect public health by maintaining water and wastewater services to customers.

Our Billing Call Centre is open from 9am - 5pm (Monday to Friday) to support our most vulnerable customers who have been impacted by the Coronavirus.

I want to pay my bill

There are a number of ways you can pay your bill whether you want to pay it in full or by installments. Have a look at the list below and choose an option for more information.

Direct Debit

The easiest way to pay. We can take the money directly from your bank account when it's convenient for you. You can set up a direct debit online by clicking here.

Online using a Debit / Credit Card

Use our online payment service to pay your bill in full or an installment you have agreed with us. It's safe, secure, quick and easy. You can pay when it's convenient for you.


Phone

Use our 24 hour automated payment line on 0800 028 5209.

Have your customer reference number handy so we can make sure we pay it to the right account. You'll find your customer reference number at the top of your latest bill.

Bank

If you're paying in full, you can take the giro slip at the bottom of your bill to your bank or any Natwest branch and pay cash over the counter.

Post Office

If you're paying in full, you can take the giro slip at the bottom of your bill to any Post Office and pay cash over the counter.

Online/telephone banking/BACS

To make a payment through online or telephone banking, all you need is our sort code and account number to set it up through your bank.

If you're paying from a UK bank account, you can use:

Payment Card

Pay using a payment card which you can use to pay by cash in the Post Office or any shop that uses PayPoint.

Payment Booklet

Pay using a booklet which you can use to pay by cash in any bank or Post Office.

Payment Plan

We can offer you a number of different payment plans so that you can pay in instalments monthly and fortnightly.

Or, you can easily set up a Direct Debit online. We just need the following information:

  • Your customer reference number (you'll find this at the top your latest bill)
  • Your name and address
  • Your bank details
  • How often you want to pay
