Find out more about how you can save water and save money.
That's why we have a dedicated team to help you save water and save money.
The Welsh Government has implemented new legislation for the mandatory installation of fire sprinkler systems for all new domestic properties.
Since April 2014, the regulations have applied to high-risk properties such as care homes, new and converted student halls of residence, boarding houses and certain hostels, and since January 2016, to all new and converted houses and flats.
Welsh Water is fully supportive of the introduction of Domestic Sprinklers in Wales to reduce the loss of life due to fires and are working with Developers to ensure that we implement the requirements of the regulations in the most cost effective and efficient manner.
Further information and frequently asked questions can be found in our Guidelines for Developers.
