COVID-19 (Coronavirus) – A Message to Our Customers - 30 March 15:00

We know that this is a difficult time. We also know that the water and wastewater services we provide play a key role in protecting public health and safeguarding the customers and communities we serve.

We are doing all we can to protect our colleagues while also maintaining our services to customers. You will still see us working in streets and communities during this time but we are only doing essential work that will help protect public health by maintaining water and wastewater services to customers.

Our Billing Call Centre is open from 9am - 5pm (Monday to Friday) to support our most vulnerable customers who have been impacted by the Coronavirus.

If you need to contact us about other things like updating your account, to let us know you are moving or to set up a direct debit, you can do this by visiting our online services.

We will keep you informed of any other changes through updates on this site and via our social media channels - Facebook & Twitter.

Making a Subject Access Request or another Data Subject Rights Request

You have the right to request access to your personal information, this is commonly known as a Subject Access Request. A Subject Access Request enables you to receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you and to check that we are lawfully processing it.

You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal information. However, we’re allowed under the law to charge a reasonable fee if your request for access is manifestly unfounded or excessive. Alternatively, we can refuse to comply with the request in such circumstances.

You also have the right to request the following: correction of your personal information; and in certain circumstances: erasure of your personal information; objection to processing; restriction of processing; transfer of your personal information.

We’ll act upon the request without undue delay and at the latest within one month of receipt. We may extend the time to respond by a further 2 months if the request is complex or we have received a number of requests from the same person.
