What is the Priority Services Register?
We want to make sure that we always give the best service possible to all of our customers, where customers may have particular requirement due to their age, health, medical condition or may require extra communication. We understand that not everyone’s situation or needs are the same and our Priority Services may help our customers.
What are the benefits of Priority Services?
We can help customers with their water bill or water meter, offer free practical help if they are visually impaired, speech impaired, hard of hearing, elderly or have physical or learning disabilities. The customer can register with us so that we can help adapt our services to their needs.
