Bill Assistance Verification Training

FREE Bill Assistance Verification Training will provide you ‘trusted partner’ status to verify and apply for one or more of our services on behalf of the client/customer:

    i. Assistance on to correct tariff and/or scheme
    ii. Reduction in charges and opportunity to increase disposable income
    iii. No paperwork or filling in forms
    iv. Holistic advice and support
    v. Free Priority Services and Water Efficiency Advice

Bill Assistance Awareness Training

FREE Bill Assistance Awareness Training Session will enable you to understand what services are available in order to sign-post the client/ customer to Welsh Water:

    i. Referral onto correct tariff and or scheme
    ii. Practical support and or advice
    iii. Reduction in charges and opportunity to increase disposable income once application is accepted
    iv. Free Priority Services and Water Efficiency Advice

    ii. Awareness session free of charge completed within an hour
