We are currently experiencing some technical problems in our Contact Centre and we are unable to deal with your account enquiries.

We are working hard to resolve the issue and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

You are still able to make a payment, let us know if you have moved house, update us with a meter reading by using our online forms.

Our dedicated team of planning officers are here to offer help and advice. If you are developing a new site or even just thinking of it, by contacting us as early as possible in your project we can advise if our local network can accommodate your proposal.

Please note:

  • In order to make an application online you will require a valid credit or debit card
  • The current Application Fee (to be paid at the time of making an application - non-refundable) is £155/application
  • VAT at standard rate will be added to this charge
