Every five years all Water and Sewerage Companies present plans to Ofwat that detail how they are going to maintain and improve services to customers. The latest review started in October 2002 and was completed in December 2004 when Ofwat announced its ‘final determination’. The new price limits took effect in April 2005 and will cover the five years to March 2010.
